sorry I went MIA for so long.
finals was over last week and after that it was a mad dash for sleepovers, catching up sessions, gatherings, movies, shopping escapades and whatnot. Not to mention pigging out at home heehee.
Oh.. it felt good to be able to just lie on the couch with a story book and not move for the better half of the day.
pigging out IS good for the soul. o:)

Most of them are living in Australia and they came up for my grandaunt's funeral. They were all really nice to talk to which makes it less awkward since I didn't know anyone!

I hope you know CPR, because you take my heart away.
Is there an airport nearby, or is that my heart taking off?

Hello peeps.
I HAVE SET A NEW RECORD WAHAHAHAHAA!
major assignment 1500 words essay in 4 and a half hours yooo I'm on cloud nineeee :D :D :D
so anyways, we were asked to rewrite Cinderella in class the other day, and just for laughs (assuming you find it funny /sniffS) here's my version huhu.
Once upon a time, Cinderella lived with her step-mother and step sisters and they treated her like a slave. She had to do menial and ridiculous tasks like picking up their newspapers, washing their cars and even cleaning up their dogs' poo.
One day, a hot-looking lawyer sent them an e-card inviting them to a ball that his company is organising. The e-card was decorated with obese-looking rabbits and the dress theme was 'animals'. The step sisters saw the e-card and gave a unified squeak. they were so excited that they were jumping around and flapping their arms like a chicken.
"That's it!", step sister A said smugly.
"We'll go as chickens".
Cinderella saw the commotion from the dusty corners of the kitchen and a lone tear ran down her cheek. Holding an old newspaper she is about to use to pick up the dog's poo, she sees an advertisement.
"need money? no questions asked! 15% interest only!"
She did not have a moment's hesitation and scurried out of the living room in her rags. She got the loan and upon seeing the Playboy magazines scattered in the loans office, gets a brilliant idea.
After buying some textiles from the nearby Nagoya, she rushed home and hid in her room and began working. She had only 4 hours to produce a resplendent costume that will knock the air out of any lawyer! Whistling for her little friends to help her, the cockroaches and rats from the sewage nearby crawled into her room, eager to carry out any task their mistress asked of them.
"Chew off these excess cloth! " Cinderella ordered.
The tiny room was suddenly filled with the nibbling sound of hundreds of roaches and rats. When they were done, the edge of the cloth looked exactly as Cinderella wanted it.
Wavy and lace-like.
After hours of painstaking effort and creativity, Cinderella was dressed.
She wrapped her outfit with a table cloth used as a scarf and summoned a taxi.
She arrived at the grand ballroom 4 hours late. "The jam was horrible", she commented to the doorman as he looked at her quizzically.
Hurrying to the top of the stairs to make her grand entrance, she dropped her table cloth on to the carpeted floor and waited for the spotlight to shine on her. As people start to notice that a fair maiden dressed in a penguin outfit is coming down the stairs..
The end. HAHA. i know. I've just wasted your 5 minutes XD
really! I don't have an ending! Dr Sharon told us to stop writing then. :P
***********************
Remember the puppies my neighbor wanted to give away?
Wei took the male and here's an updated picture of him! :D
There was a farmer who had a dog and Lucky was his name-o. ok back to slaving for CCP! *waillssssss

stress does wondrous things
to your mind that is.
Yc and I were attempting to read something in cafe the other day while the alarm kept ringing NONSTOP (inside joke hurhur.) When we finally gave up after reading the same sentence for the 10th time - yes nothing's going in cos the only sound we heard was the alarmmmmmmm /mentally bashing or bathing it in water to electrocute it haha, I asked yc:
If you're given 100,000 dollars to shop what would you buy?
She paused. smiled wideeeely, answered:
HANDBAGSSS.
haahahahahaa. and we spent the next half an hour talking about the stuff we would buy heeh.
whattt?! a girl could dream cant she?? :P pffftt.
so anyways! 4 assignments down, 4 more to go!
I will huff and I will puff. I would blow them all awayyyy!
and oh yes, while we were supposed to be doing our assignments, (I had to form a character who takes photographs for a living - her recent excursion to Tibet an example; and though she was always moving and meeting ppl, she really only felt loneliness); yc decided to entertain and sent me these messages.
She writhed through the pitch black room like a snake, smooth and curvy, avoiding tables and chairs in the way. How was this possible? She had night vision, a charm on her when she visited the tibetan mountains, where witch doctors fed her with snake eye balls and rat's tongue, a staple in the monks' diet. The disgusting taste of the rotting eyes and tongues were masked with korean kimchi, airflown and imported from korea. Keeps them warm during the long, depressing winters. Korean dramas were a favourite too, the witches and monks sat huddled together in huts, hunched over their bowls of kimchi and animal parts, all eyes on a tiny 12 inch tv. Winter sonata.
Haahaahahahahaha! oh gosh. breathe Sara breathe.
and she msged me 'wait. I'm thinking of another one'.
5 minutes later: She smiles sadly as she strokes a photograph, her favourite amongst the pictures of llamas, mountain goats, women in colourful robes and dirty, greasy children with unkempt hair. It was a classic. She'll put it above her fireplace, along with all her photography awards. The picture, a happy one amongst sad ones of poor villagers. It was when she taught the monks 'yam seng'. The picture showed the monks with their bowls of snake blood held high, their mouths open in a silent cry. Captured by the lens. Once, the monks were so gung-ho that when they screamed out the cheer, birds flew out of nearby trees in shock. The air echoed with their cry of 'yaaaaaaaaam SENG!!'. Such good times, she reminisces with a lone tear running down her cheek.
HAAHAHA.
So yeah, stress does wondrous things.
The end.
